The Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM) is creating stable and permanently affordable housing in an environmentally responsible way in the communities surrounding Tomales Bay. CLAM purchased its second property in February and we are currently working to significantly upgrade the energy efficiency, aiming for net zero energy use.
